Shipping & Returns
We currently ship only within the United States and Canada.

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders of $100+. This is not applicable to orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada, or any other locations outside of the 50 United States.
Free shipping offers apply to the total product value at checkout, after any applicable discount codes applied.
We ship from our facility Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Items ordered and paid for will ship within 5 business days, and you will receive an email notification with tracking information once shipment is fulfilled, unless otherwise mentioned. The shipment window begins once orders leave our facility. Carriers typically deliver packages within 5-8 business days.We will send tracking info for customer to know when your product arrives.
⭑ During high-volume times, including new product launches and holidays, our small team may need a few additional business days to prepare and ship your order. Between Black Friday and Jan. 1, please anticipate fulfillment delays so our small team can work through carefully packing your order--as well as slower carrier times due to the holidays. This may be as much as a week, but we will make our best effort to communicate any notable fulfullment delays quickly.
In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us at info@ieriasnama.com
DAMAGED ITEMS:
For a damaged items claim, you will be asked to send images of the damaged items. Please reach out to info@ieriasnama.com.
STOLEN - LOST ITEMS:
Package Protection
We now offer Savedby Package Protection at checkout as an affordable option for insuring your order from loss, damage or theft. We strongly recommend opting in to this service at checkout.

How long do I have to wait until I can receive a new package?
SavedBy can help send a new package within 1 business day! Sometimes it may take more, but in most cases they are very quick to resolve any issues that arise.
Will SavedBy reach out to me directly?
SavedBy will send you an email confirmation once you have placed an order in our store that includes their SavedBy Package Protection. Keep your eye out for it!

We want you to be happy with your purchase from IERIAS NAMA Skin & Spirit. Should you need to return your purchase, you have 30 days from receiving your order to arrange your return.
For all returns to be processed, we must be notified within 15 days of receipt; if it's past the 15th day a return fee of 15% will be deducted from the total.
Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and not refunded.
The product must be returned at your expense; the original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them.
We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage. We will contact you within 1-2 business days from receipt of the package to confirm your return has been processed.
