On the contrary, when we resist emotional expression, our energy becomes stagnant and blocked very much like water that sits still and festers.  Our body is mainly made of water and holds an inner memory of water since we were in our mother’s womb. NAVEL:

Also known as the Svadhisthana chakra, it is located in the lower abdomen, just below the navel. The sacral chakra is associated with our emotional world, our creativity, the way we express our sensuality, and our idea of pleasure. It is believed to govern the reproductive system, sexual energy, and the ability to experience joy and passion in life. Working on our sacral chakra means cleansing our emotional body, releasing feelings of unworthiness and addictive tendencies allowing our emotional awareness to flow, promoting a healthy expression of our emotions, and creativity.

HEART:

Also known as the Anahata chakra, it is located in the center of the chest. It is associated with love, compassion, forgiveness, and emotional well-being. Working with our heart chakra opens us up to love, compassion, and emotional healing leading to healthier relationships, increased self-acceptance, and a greater sense of fulfillment within oneself.

BROW - 3RD EYE:

Also known as the Ajna chakra, is located in the center of the forehead, between the eyebrows. It is associated with intuition, insight, and spiritual awareness. Working with the 3rd eye point creates steady flow of connection to our inner guidance, wisdom and higher consciousness.
